Extreme Bike Rental – Booking Policy

1. Booking

Bikes can be booked online or directly at the bike station, subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.

2. Minimum Rental Time

The minimum rental duration is 1 hour.

Rentals are charged per hour.

Any partial hour is counted as a full hour.

3. Availability

Bikes are rented based on availability at each station.

Advance bookings are recommended during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Walk-in rentals are not guaranteed.

4. Bike Selection

Customers may select a preferred bike type.

Specific bike models are not guaranteed.

If a selected bike type is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered.

5. Start Time & Arrival

Rental time starts from the confirmed booking time.

A 5-minute grace period is allowed.

If the customer does not arrive within the grace period, the booking may be cancelled and the bike released.

6. Late Returns

Bikes must be returned at the agreed end time.

Any delay will be charged as an additional full hour.

Repeated late returns may result in restricted access to future bookings.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the booking time may be rescheduled or credited.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.

Extreme Bike Rental may cancel bookings due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a refund.

8. No-Show

Failure to arrive within the grace period is considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary booking restrictions.

9. Extensions

Extensions are subject to availability.

Extensions are charged at the standard hourly rate.

10. Group Rentals

Group rentals are allowed, subject to availability.

Larger groups should book in advance.

Each rider must be registered under the booking.

11. Age & Safety

Riders must meet minimum age and height requirements.

Kids bikes and tricycles must be used under adult supervision.

Rentals may be refused if safety requirements are not met.

12. Usage Rules

Bikes must remain within permitted riding areas.

Bikes must be returned in the same condition as received.

Damage or misuse may result in additional charges.

13. Updates

Extreme Bike Rental reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated policies apply once published.
